老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清IL-8水平变化的临床观察

Investigation into the serum level of interleukin-8 in the old age patients with COPD

目的观察急性发作期以及缓解期的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清IL-8水平变化。方法选择急性发作期以及缓解期的老年COPD患者23例,采用竞争放射免疫法检测血清IL-8水平变化,并进行急性发作期血清IL-8水平与白细胞计数、分类的相关性分析。结果在老年COPD患者急性发作期血清IL-8显著高于缓解期和正常对照组(P<0·05),但与患者急性发作期白细胞中淋巴细胞、粒细胞计数、分类的无明显相关性。结论血清IL-8参与老年COPD的气道炎症的不同过程。

Objective To investigatethesurem levels of IL-8 the defferent stages of age pafient with COPD.Methods 23oldage patients with COPD and 15 healthy controls were enrolled in the clinical research. IL-8 was detected by RIA. Then the relafionship between IL-8 and differential white blood cell count were analyzed by statistic metheds. Results：At acute stage of the old age patients with COPD,tbe level of IL-8 was significantly higher than the level of IL-8 at recover stage and control groups.There were no ignificant correlations between the serum level of IL-8 and differential white blood cell count at acute stage. Conclusion IL-8 plays important roles in the airway inflammation of the old age patients with COPD.
