摘要
目的探讨定量组织速度成像技术在小动物实验研究中的应用价值。方法应用传统的超声心动图方法和定量组织速度成像技术检测不同处理大鼠的心脏(对照组12只、阿霉素组20只),测量常用心功能参数,获得心尖四腔观的组织速度图像,脱机分析后室间隔和左室侧壁二尖瓣环处的速度曲线,记录收缩期峰值速度(Vs)。结果与对照组比较,阿霉素组左室内径和左室舒张末容积增加、FS和二尖瓣环平均峰值速度减低(P<0·05)。结论定量组织速度成像技术在大鼠心功能的评价中具有可行性。
Objective To probe the value of quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI) in assessing the cardiac function in rat.Methotis Twelve control rats,20 rats with chronic heart failure admitted with adriamycin(AP) were involved in the study. The left ventricular diame- ter(LV),left ventricular end-diastoLic dimension (EDV) and fractional shortening(FS) were measured through M-mode echograpby. The longitudinal systoLic veloeity(Vs) of the two points at the mitral annulus(posteroseptum and LV lateral wall) was measured by QTVI.Results LV and EDV of AR rats were increased significantly than that of control rats ( P 〈 0.05). The FS and mVs of AR rats were significantly lower than that of control rats( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions It is feasible to assess the cardiac function in rat by QTVI.
