摘要 金属陶瓷硬质涂覆层材料是一种具有高耐磨性能的新型覆层材料,许多学者对其耐磨损性能进行了定量和定性研究。定性研究主要是对该材料耐磨损性能的影响因素、磨损失效形式、磨损机理进行试验研究和接触分析。定量研究集中于材料的磨损率及摩擦系数的确定,常用的定量研究方法主要有磨损体积法、磨损失重法、能量法等。文中在对上述研究现状进行综述的基础上指出了目前研究存在的问题以及今后的发展趋势。 Cermet cladding material is a new kind of material with high wear resistance, which is qualitatively and quantitatively studied by many researchers. The qualitative study mainly includes experimental researches on influencing factors of wear resistance, failure types and mechanisms of the wear of the material and contact analysis. The quantitative study mainly focuses on the wear rate and the frictional coefficient with methods of wear volume ,wear weightlessness and energy principle. Based on overview about the above research, the existed problems and the development tendency of the research are proposed in the paper.
