摘要 高速电火花线切割加工中经常会发生断丝现象,断丝不仅会因为穿丝而降低加工效率,还会因为重复切割导致加工精度下降。文中从断丝的根本原因入手,全面分析了加工中各种因素对断丝的影响,指出影响断丝的主要因素是电极丝的直径、电极丝的磨损、电极丝的张紧力、工作液的介电性能和化学性能、机床的导丝结构以及加工参数。 Filament break often occurs during working process of high speed wire cutting machine. It will not only cause the falling of work efficiency for the reason of pulling on the filament but also cause the falling of the machining precision because of repeated cutting. This paper roundly analyzes the factors' effect on the filament break from the essential reasons. It points out that the central factors are the diameter of the electrode filament, the wear and the tension of the filament, the dielectric performance and the chemical performance of the cutting solution, the wire guide machinery on the machine and the machining parameter.
