马鞍树属植物化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research progress in the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Maackia

目的对豆科马鞍树属(Maackia)植物的化学成分及药理作用作一综述。方法检索归纳相关文献26篇。按照化合物的结构类型对马鞍树属植物的化学成分进行分类综述,并且对其主要的生物活性进行总结。结果马鞍树属植物中含有的化学成分主要有黄酮类、生物碱类、艹氐类等化合物,它们具有抗氧化、抗辐射、抗肿瘤等药理作用。结论为马鞍树属植物的进一步的研究提供了依据。

Objective To review the research progress in the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Maackia. Methods Based on the types of Maackia, the constituents and activities were reviewed. Results The prime types of chemical constituents in Maackia are flavonoids, alkaloids and stilbenes. The constituents in Maackia have the antioxygen, antiradiation and antitumor activities. Conclusions This review provides a reference for the further study of Maackia.
