髋螺钉取出异种骨钉道内植骨的临床研究

摘要 目的:观察股骨颈骨折内固定取出后,骨诱导活性材料填充钉道和预防股骨头塌陷的临床疗效。方法:切开取出原内固定物,用骨诱导活性材料填充钉道106例。结果:全部病例随访7月~6年,平均4.3年。钉道临床愈合时间3—11月,平均6.8月。结论:股骨颈骨折经内固定治疗,骨折愈合取出内固定后,钉道孔内植入骨诱导活性材料防止纤维组织长入,有利于提高股骨颈部及头部的生物力学性能,便于患者早期全负荷功能锻炼,预防股骨头塌陷的发生。 Objeetive To observe the clinical effect of recombined heterogeneous bone graft filled in nail path after extraction of internal fixation in femoral neck fracture Methods One hundred and six patients with femoral neck fracture were excized to extract internal fixations, and the nail path formed after extraction of internal fixations were filled with recombined bone graft. There were male 65 cases, female 41 cases, aged 19 - 68 yr, average 42 yr. Results The follow up period was 7 months to 6 years, averaging 4.3 years. Clinical healing time of fracture was 3 to 11 months, averaging 6.8 months Conelusion Recombined heterogeneous bone graft in nail path after hip screw extraction can prevent fibrous tissue groming in. It is propitious to enhance biodynamic capability of femoral superior segment, and is convenient to early complete loading functional exercise, to prevent collapsd of the femoral head.
