摘要
介绍了采用真空消失模铸造(EPC)低合金余热淬火马氏体球墨铸铁磨球的工艺、磨球的组织、力学性能、生产成本以及使用性能,并与采用金属型铸造的相同材质的磨球进行了对比。工业实验表明:采用真空消失模铸造的低合金余热淬火马氏体球墨铸铁磨球的耐磨性约是采用金属型铸造的低铬铸铁磨球的2倍。
The operating process, microstructures, mechanical properties and cost of the low alloy martensitic nodular cast iron grinding balls using EPC and immediate quenching were introduced in this paper. Comparison of the grinding balls with those cast by metal model was carried out. It was found by industrial experiments that the wear resistance of the grinding balls is about two times higher than that of the low chromium grinding balls cast by metal model.
