摘要
研究了Sc元素对6063铝合金组织性能的影响,并从理论上分析了稀土Sc元素的作用机理。结果表明:经0.25%Sc微处理后的合金具有细小均匀的铸态组织,晶粒尺寸维持在50μm左右;材料的耐腐蚀性能得到显著提高,相对损失率为普通成分合金的一半;其高温蠕变抗力(硬度、抗拉强度)也得到一定程度的改善。最后对实验结果进行了分析与总结。
The paper studies the influence of 0.25 percent of scandium element on textures and property of 6063 aluminum alloy, and analyses the effect mechanism of RE-Sc from the theory. The results indicate that proper scandium element has the strong refinement on casting microstructure, grain size maintains 50 micron. Corrosion resistance gets increase obviously, rate of corrosion is half in contrast with that of ordinary alloy. It improves itself in creep resistance partly (hardness, tensile strength). At last, the results of experiment are summarized necessarily.
