摘要
针对一种改进的四自由度并联机床,建立了四自由度空间并联机床位置正解的封闭方程,得到了单变量的16次输入输出方程。对四自由度并联机床的工作空间进行了分析,推导出了边界曲面方程,该工作空间是由12张曲面片包围而成的闭包。给出了数值实例。
The closed form equations of forward solutions to position for a improved Four-DOF spatial parallel machine tool are established, and 16 degrees input-output equation with one unknows are obtained. Workspaces of spatial parallel machine tool are analyzed. Based on surface analysis and analytical method of direct displacement analysis, the analytical surface equations of VAMT are derived. Results of analysis show that the workspace of VAMT is enveloped by 12 surface patchs. Two numerical examples are given for illustration.
