基于模糊理论区间数的齿轮传动设计参数分析 被引量:2

摘要 机械零件设计中许多设计参数往往以范围给定,设计人员需在不确定信息下确定设计参数的精确值,其设计思路包含着IF-THEN的判断逻辑。本文根据模糊理论中区间数的运算法则,以齿轮设计计算为例,对所有条件集所产生的结果集进行分析计算,并对计算结果进行了充分讨论。此方法为机械零部件产品的设计和产品的评估提供了理论依据,具有重要的参考价值。 A large number of design parametem are given through scope value in Mechanical design. Mechanical designers ascertain exact value of design parameters under the fuzzy or uncertainty conditions with the design logical thinking of ‘If-Then' judgement. Based on operation rules of interval number in Fuzzy Theory, example of gear transmission design and calculation was quoted in this paper in which result sets was derives from condition sets and conclusion was fully discussed. This method provides important theory foundation for machine parts design and products evaluation, and and it has great reference value too.
