摘要
首先从设计资源重用的角度出发,分析了产品建模技术的应用现状,指出了制造企业在产品设计过程中存在的问题;针对大量的工程电子图档无法得到充分利用的现状,提出了离线式工程图形变形设计的思想,研究了支持设计重用的离线式变型设计系统的基本思路,通过约束的自动识别和有效维护来降低约束求解的规模;详细研究并设计了支持重用的工程图形变型设计的动态约束表示模型及其数据结构;在此基础上分析了系统的体系结构组成;最后重点阐述了系统总控模块、图形驱动接口模块、系统前处理模块、动态约束表示模型建立和求解模块、系统后处理块的算法设计。
This paper has analysed the application status of the product modeling technology firstly from the viewpoing of reusing design resources, and pointed out the exiting problems during product design in manufacturing enterprise. For the status that a lot of electronic engineering documents are not fully reused, an off-line variant design of engineering drawing idea is presented, then the method for off-line variant design in order to support design reuse is studied, which can reduce the constrain solving dimension through automatically recognizing and effectually maintaining the constraint. The model of dynamic constraint and its data structure for off-line variant design engineering drawing to support design reuse have been studied and do described in defail. Hence then the system architecture is analyzed. Finally the main modules and relevand algonithum of this system are discussed.
