高校医院管理中思想政治教育工作,应从深入了解职工的思想状况和提高自身素质入手,通过挖掘医院潜力,积极开展丰富多彩的思想政治教育活动,来调动职工的爱岗敬业的积极性,努力改善服务质量,提高业务水平,确保高校师生员工的身心健康。

In order to ensure good health of the members of staff in a university the work on the political thoughts of people working in hospitals must emphasize their ideational state and the comprehensve quality of the managers. Due to the weakness concerned this paper proposes that present work should focus on exciting their enthusiasm and training their techniques for their job.
