摘要
对兔儿伞体细胞染色体计数,并对其核型进行分析,结果表明:兔儿伞的染色体数目为2n=52;核型公式为2n=2x=52=34m+18sm;核型不对称系数为59.10%;属于2B型.
The karyotye analysis of Cacalia aconitifolis Bunge were studied on the number of chromosome of Cacalia aconitifolis Bunge, the formula is 2n = 2X = 52 = 34m ＋ 18sm; The AS. K % is 59.10 % ; it belongs to“2B” type.
