摘要
介绍了采用高压水射流粉碎煤泥的技术,粉碎后的煤泥颗粒经水力旋流器进行分级,对溢流口得到的颗粒进行浮选,对底流口得到的颗粒再次粉碎。试验结果表明,高压水射流粉碎过的煤泥浮选后其精煤的灰分含量为煤泥直接浮选精煤含量的一半,全硫含量仅为煤泥直接浮选精煤含量的五分之一。
The paper presents that high pressure water jet comminuting technology was used for coal slurry pulverization, and then the comminuted slurry will be graded in a hydrocyclone, the fineness particles obtained from the over flow will be floated, and the coarseness particles from the under flow will be comminuted again. The results of the flotation experiments shows that the ash content of the washed coal is only half of the coal slurry flotation without comminution by high pressure water jet, and the total sulfur content is 20 present.
