摘要
针对普通浓密机占地面积大、处理微细物料效率低的实际情况,应用现代脱水工艺技术和液固分离新方法,有针对性地开展高效浓密机的研究。通过某铜矿山选矿厂的生产应用,GN-25高效浓密机较好满足了该矿山选矿厂的工艺要求和生产需要,使尾矿浆浓度提高7% ̄15%,成功解决了普通浓密机在微细物料脱水中效率低的问题。
Normal thickener needs a large place to fix it, and the machine's efficiency will be very low when it deals with the two-by-twice material. In order to solve this problem, To apply modern dehydrated technology and to separate fluid and solid, we can study high rate thickener purposeful. GN-25 high rate thickener can meet the requirement of technique and production preferably, and this method can heighten the content of residual mine slurry to 7%-15% .
