摘要
目的:探讨无水乙醇腰交感神经化学毁损术治疗下肢转移骨痛的镇痛效果。方法:选择下肢转移骨痛患者10例,在X线引导下经造影剂和局麻药测试后,使用无水乙醇进行腰2交感神经节区域化学毁损手术。记录手术前后VAS评分、镇痛药用量和双下肢皮温变化。结果:患者镇痛效果明确,VAS评分显著下降,镇痛药物用量明显减少,患肢术后皮温显著升高。结论:无水乙醇腰交感神经化学毁损术对于下肢转移骨痛具有明确的治疗意义。
Objective ： To explore the effect of lumbar sympathetic nerve lesion with dehydrated alcohol on metastasis bone pain in lower limbs. Methods ： Ten patients of metastasis bone pain in lower limbs underwent lumbar sympathetic nerve chemical lesion. Dehydrated alcohol was injected into L2 sympathetic ganglion. VAS, dose of analgesics and temperature of lower limbs were assessed. Results ： There was significant difference in VAS and analgesic effects between pre- and post-operation. The sufferred limb temperature rose 2 -4℃. Conclusion： Lumbar sympathetic nerve chemical lesion with dehydrated alcohol could be effective on relieving metastasis bone pain in lower limbs.
