摘要
建筑工程造价应实行全过程管理。高等学校作为项目实施的业主单位,应利用自身的优势,在工程设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工建造阶段和竣工结算阶段进行工程造价管理和控制,合理降低工程造价,有效使用项目资金,使建设投资发挥最大效益。
Project cost of architecture must take the whole-progress management. As the proprietor unit of the project, the university should take the advantage of itself to manage and control the project cost during such st'ages as designing period, bidding period, construction period and final accounts period ,in order to reduce the project cost and make full use of investment.
