摘要
企业的空间集聚,一方面方便了知识溢出,另一方面加剧了市场竞争。激烈的市场竞争刺激竞争对手采用知识共享的方式进行创新活动。由于知识的公共性特征,有可能出现企业的“搭便车”行为,必须阻止这种行为。文章基于知识共享构造了一个内生化溢出的博弈模型,通过对集群企业创新行为决策的分析,得出的结论是:为了阻止这种“搭便车”行为,企业必须借助于激烈的市场竞争。
The spatial agglomeration of corporation facilitates the knowledge spillovers and accelerates the market competition. The fiercer market competition stimulates the competitors carrying out the innovation by means of knowledge sharing. For the sake of the knowledge externality, it is possible that some enterprises wil! ride free, but we must impede such action. Based on the knowledge share, the author constructs an endogenous game model. And by analysis upon the innovation decision of cluster corporation, the conclusion is drawn out that corporation must impede such free-riding with the aid of fierce market competition.
