Review on national and abroad research of virtual R&D organization

虚拟研发组织(VR&DO)是虚拟组织概念渗透于科研机构所形成的一种R&D新模式。近些年来,国内外一些学者对这种新的R&D组织形式给予了越来越多的关注。通过对虚拟R&D组织概念、特点、运行基础、潜在利益与风险、存在的模式及应用状况等几个方面的综述,评述了国内外的研究进展,为该领域的研究建立了一个理论框架,并指出未来研究的方向。

Virtual research and development organization is a new kind of R＆D mode that is formed by the penetration of virtual organization to science research organization. In the past few years, the new R＆D organization has drawn the attention of many national and abroad scholars. A theory frame for the research of this field is established and future research trend is put forward through concept and characteristics, operation bases, potential interests and risks, operation pattern as well as applications of virtual research and development organization are reviewed.
