摘要
对湖南某钒矿进行室内浸出试验,确定了该矿石经预处理后,矿石浸出率大为提高,浸出时间也缩短,同时也确定了浸出率与浸出时间、温度、液固比、预处理温度、预处理时间等的关系。试验结果表明,矿石经预处理、添加助浸剂后,浸出率由原来的50%提高到87%左右,浸出时间也由原来的20小时缩短为15小时。
