摘要
以未污染的新鲜油菜叶为原料,采用正交实验的方法,对次氯酸钙降解甲胺磷农药的适宜条件及其对油菜品质的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,次氯酸钙对蔬菜上的残留甲胺磷农药有较强的降解作用,其适宜作用条件为:次氯酸钙浓度为300mg/L,作用时间为20min,pH=4,在此条件下酶抑制率达到28.27%;或次氯酸钙浓度为300mg/L,作用时间为10min,pH=4,酶抑制率<33.64%。
Using fresh unpolluted cole as the material and orthogonal design trials were carried out on the degradation of methamidophos on vegetable and its effect on the quality of cole. The result showed that Calcium Hypochlorite had strong degradation effect on pesticide residues and the appropriate condition was as follows: C=300mg/L t=20min pH=4, and the rate of pesticide residues is 28.27%;when C=300mg/L, t=10min, pH=4 , the rate of pesticide residues was less than 33.64%.
