摘要
研究了萌发时间对玉米中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响,并对该酶的酶学性质进行了研究。结果表明,萌发4d的玉米中超氧化物歧化酶的活力最高,该酶的活力受光照强度、温度和光照时间的影响,影响顺序为:光照强度>温度>光照时间。获得最高酶活力的测定条件为25℃,光照7min,光照强度66%。
Effect of germinating time on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the properties of superoxide dismutase were studied. The results showed that the activity of SOD was the highest after germinating for 4 days, the activity of SOD was affected by illumination density, temperature and illuminating time, and influencing order was light density〉temperature〉illuminating time. The maximum activity of SOD was obtained at 25℃, illuminating for 7min and illuminating density of 66%.
