摘要
本文概述了ECK-2型渗透率自动测定仪的分析原理、气测流程的设计、节流毛细管的标定、压力与流量工作曲线的绘制和测试程序操作及试验研究对比方法。 大量分析数据对比表明,该仪器重复性误差小于5%的样品,占总分析样品数的96.87%,测量精度可达±1.5%左右。同一样品复测三次分析偏差都小于4%。渗透率为1×10^(-8)~40×10^(-3)μm^2的17块样品,相对误差小于5%的样品占总分析样品数的94.1%,渗透率为1×10^(-3)~0.01×10^(-3)μm^2的15块样品,相对误差小于10%的样品占总分析样品数的67%。与美国样品平行测定的2块样品的渗透率位对比,均在分析误差之内。
<ABSTRACT> This paper outlines the analytic principle of model ECK-2 au tomatic permeability analyser, design of its gas analysing process, calibraiton of the throttling capillary, plotting of the pressure-flowrate operation curve, the operation procedure and the contrast method for test and analysis. Comparisons of a large number of experimental data indicate that the tested sa mples by this analyser with a reproducibility crrof of less than 5% account for 96.87% of the total number of samples tested.The measuring accuracy can reach about ? 1.5% and the deviations for 3 repeated tests on a sample are all less than 4%. Among the 17 pieces of rock sample tested with their permeabilities ranging from 1×10-3 to 40×103μm2, 94.1% of them get a relative error of less than 5%. and among the 15 samples with permeabilities ranging from 0.01×10-3 to 1×10-3
μm2, 67% of them get a relative error of less than 10%. Comparing the permeabilities of 2 samples with that of 2 American samples tse-ted parallelly, the errors are all within the range of analytic error.
