文章描述了高炉风机故障时供风系统拨风的策略及实现,系统在应用过程中解决了高炉生产过程中存在的因供风系统的故障所导致的安全隐患问题。系统运行稳定、可靠,控制及时、准确、无误。
The writer describes a method and thought on the blast air dispensation automation control for blast furnace air supply system in this paper. The automation system has been used successfully for the blast furnace air supply system. Now it runs stably and reliably, registers timely and exactly. This control method has solved the safety problems which are caused by the failure of blast air supply system during the producing process of the blast furnace.
