摘要
从掌握本单位人才情况和识别、开发人才两方面论述了医院人才建设。首先提出了从总体到具体全面掌握人才状况的原则和方法。随后强调在实践中识别和开发人才,提出人才识别的标准,人才开发包括充分利用现有人力资源,为人才成长和发挥作用创造良好的条件和不断补充新人才三个方面。在实践中开发人才可从以下三方面入手;①坚持能级对应原则任用干部;②创造人才公平竞争的环境和条件;③采取有针对性的培养措施。
The problem of the development of hospital specialists is discussed in two points,one is a general understanding of the specialist situation in the unit and the other the screening and training of specialists.The principle and method of specialist screening from a general to a particular phase are first brought forth.The screening and development carried out in practice are then emphasized.The stan- dard of the screening is also established.The developent of specialists consists of full utilization of exist- ing human resources,the creation of favorable environment for their professional growth and fulfill- ment,and the recruitment of new ones.In practice,this development may be handled in three respects : ①the persistent observation of the principle of post assignment according to one′s ability;②the cre- ation of an environment for fair competition;and ③aiming steps must be taken.
