我国机械工业利用外资现状及对策

我国机械工业在改革开放之后的迅速发展,很大程度上得益于对外国资本的有效利用,但在这个过程中我们没有形成自主知识产权的技术体系,还有相当比例的核心技术没有掌握,由此必然造成对外国资本的依赖。与此同时,外资进入的力度、深度、广度、追求的目标都发生了深刻的变化。鉴于此,我们必须及时调整利用外资的对策,以免陷入不利的境地。

In other words, we hold few key technologies in the process of using foreign investment capital so that we rely on them inevitably.
