本文介绍了技术风险不可抗力包括的三个要件,及其比较容易引起的争议,并为防止技术许可方滥用不可抗力提供了一些参考性的意见。
This paper introduces three key elements of technical risks and disputes arisen by them. It also gives some suggestions in order to keep technical permission part form abusing force.
