单纯巩膜扣带术联合术后氩激光光凝治疗孔源性视网膜脱离

The scleral buckling combined with argon laser photocoagulation for treatment of retinal detachment

目的探讨单纯巩膜扣带术联合术后氩激光光凝治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效及适应证。方法回顾分析我院自2002年10月～21304年10月行巩膜扣带术后接受氩激光光凝治疗的孔源性视网膜脱离患者62例62眼。结果术后随访3～6个月，62眼中视网膜完全复位60眼（96．77％），术后矫正视力〉0．05者58眼（93．55％），最佳矫正视力为1．0。结论将巩膜扣带术中冷凝改为术后氩激光光凝可简化术中操作，减少视网膜和脉络膜血管的损伤及术后并发症的发生，是治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的有效方法之一。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects and indications of the seleral buckling combined with argon laser photocoagulation for treatment of retinal detachment. METHODS Analysis of clinical data in 62 RD cases （62 eyes） was conducted retrospectively. These cases were treated by argon laser photocoagulation after the scleral buckling surgery from october 2002 to october 2034 in our hospital. RESULTS Period of followed - up from 3 to 6 months. In 60 of 62 eyes the retiona was reattached after surery （96.77 % ） . Postoperatively, 58 eyes （93.55 % ） had a better visual acuity （VA） than 0.05 and the best VA was 1.0.CONCLUSIONS The method using postoperative photocoagulation instead of cryotherapy during scleral buckling surgery could be more simple for surgical manipulations, alleviate the vessel demage of the retina and uvea and reduce the postoperative complications. It is a practicable way to cure RD.
