摘要
在温室大棚中对八倍体小偃麦(TAI 7045、中1)和不同需水性普通小麦(晋麦66、晋麦67、晋麦70和晋太170)开花期的气孔特性进行了比较研究.结果表明:正常生长条件下,八倍体小偃麦的气孔频率显著低于高水肥小麦晋麦66(P<0.01),而与中水肥及抗旱性小麦的差异不显著(P>0.05);八倍体小偃麦的光合速率显著高于普通小麦(P<0.05),这种差异主要是由高水肥品种晋麦66造成的,虽然八倍体小偃麦的气孔导度和羧化效率高于普通小麦,但差异不显著;光合速率与气孔频率呈负相关,与气孔导度呈显著正相关.
Octoploid Tritielytrigia varities (TAI 7054 and Zhong 1) and Triticum aestivum varieties (Jinmai 66,Jinmai 67,Jinmai 70 and Jintai 170) with different water requirements were planted in greenhouse to compare their stomata at the flowering stage. It was shown that under normal circumstances the stomatal frequencies of the Octoploid Tritielytrigia varieties were significantly lower than that of Jinmai 66 with high water and fertilization requirements (P〈0.01), and insignificantly differed from those of the droughtresistant T. aestivum varieties with medium fertilizer requirements (P〉0. 05) ;The photosynthetic rates of the Octoploid Tritielytrigia varieties were significantly higher than those of the T. aestivum varieties (P〈 0.01 ),and this difference was caused by Jinmai 66 with high water and fertilizer requirements and although the stomatal conductance and carboxylation rates of the Octoploid Tritielytrigia varieties were higher than those of the T. aestivum varieties, this difference was tested statistically insignificant ; The photosynthetic rates appeared negatively correlated with the stomatal frequencies and positively correlated with the stomatal conductance.
