膝部骨折患者术后两种功能康复方案的比较

Comparison of two methods of functional rehabilitation of patient with knee fracture after operation

目的:为膝部骨折患者术后膝关节功能的康复寻找较佳的方法。方法:将168例膝部骨折患者随机分为A和B两组,A组采用CPM加系统康复训练的方法,B组采用CPM加自主功能锻炼的方法。术后3个月时,检查膝关节功能恢复情况及主动活动度,并进行t检验。结果:A组、B组在膝关节功能恢复和主动活动度两方面与治疗前比较有非常显著性的差异(P<0.01),A组与B组比较,差异也非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:两种康复方案均能有效地预防和治疗患者术后膝关节功能障碍,但CPM加系统康复训练的方法更有效、更切实可行。

Objective：To research a better method for the knee joint functional rehabilitation of patient with knee fracture after operation. Methods：A total of 168 patients were selected and divided into A and B groups randomly, group A patients were treated with the method of CPM and systematic rehabilitation training and, group B patients with the method of CPM and autonomic functional training. 3 months after operation, the state of knee joint functional rehabilitation and active mobil -- ity were examined. The Statistical significance was determined by Student＇s t--tests. Results： The state of knee joint functional rehabilitation and active mobility of A group and B group demonstr-ated significant difference as compared with each other （P〈0.01） . group A had signifi-cant difference as compared with B group （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Two methods are practicable and effective and can prevent and treat the functional disturbance of knee joint, but the method of CPM and systematic rehabilitation training is much better.
