蠲痹通络汤配合硫酸软骨素注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

Observation on combination of Chondroitin Sulfate injection and Juanbi Tongluo Tang on patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint

目的:研究观察中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法:选择187例膝关节OA患者,随机分成治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组和对照组。治疗Ⅰ组应用蠲痹通络汤加味为基本方配合硫酸软骨素注射,治疗Ⅱ组只应用蠲痹通洛汤加味为基本方,对照组应用布洛芬片内服。疗程为1个月,并观察了患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛症状、关节功能情况。结果:治疗Ⅰ组总显效率、总有效率明显高于治疗Ⅱ组(P<0.025);治疗Ⅱ组显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:应用蠲痹通络汤加味治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优于布洛芬,而蠲痹通络汤加味配合硫酸软骨素注射治疗疗效更优。

Objective： To observe the effect of combined Chinese traditional medicine-Juanbi Tongluo Tang with Western medicine-Chondroitin Sulfate injection on patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint （OA）. Methods：A hundred and eighty seven cases with OA were randomly divided into three groups, test Ⅰ group test Ⅱ group and control, 61 patients in test Ⅰ group were treated with both Chondroitin Sulfate injection and abjusted Juanbi Tongluo Tang, 66 patients in test Ⅱ group only with adjusted Juanbi Tongluo Tang, and 60 controls only with oral Brufin tablets. The total course of treatment for each group is one month. Patients＇clinical signs and symptoms including joints pain, swelling and joint function were observed pre-and post the course of treatment. Results： the effectual rate and effective rate of the treatment in patients of test Ⅰ group were ignificantly higher than test Ⅱ group （ P〈0. 025 ）, the effectual rate and effective rate of the treatments in patients test Ⅱ group were significantly higher than controls （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Juanbi Tonglao Tong has a better effect on OA patients than Brufin. It would be much better to treat patients of OA with both Juanbi Tonglao Tong and Chondroitin Sulfate injection.
