正脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Nerve-root Cervical Vertebra Disease Treated with Orthopedic Manipulation

目的:探讨神经根型颈椎病的有效治疗方法。方法:将147例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用正脊疗法治疗,对照组采用颈部贴敷通络祛痛膏治疗。结果:治疗组临床治愈率79.5%,总有效率97.9%,无不良反应及副作用。对照组临床治愈率59.2%,总有效率89.8%,有7例患者出现皮肤过敏反应。两组比较临床治愈、总有效率均有显著性意义。结论:正脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective： Exploring the effective therapy for nerve-root cervical vertebra disease. Methods： Dividing randomly 147 patients into experiment group and comparing group. Treating the experimenting group with orthopedic manipulation and treating the comparing group by plastering on the neck. Results：The clinic healing rate of the experimenting group is 79.5 %, the total effective rate is 97.9 %, without bad feeling or side effect. The clinic healing rate of the comparing group is 59.2%, the total effective rate is 89.8%, and 7 patients having skin allergy. Comparing the two groups, there is great significance in the clinic healing rate and the total effective rate （ X^2 = 6. 869.P〈0.01, X^2 = 4.8.P〈0.05）. The experimenting group is obviously better than the comparing group. Conclusion： The Orthopedic Manipulation therapy has distinct effect on the nerve-root cervical vertebra disease and is worth widely developing and applying to the clinic.
