华蟾素联合三氧化二砷抑制鸡胚尿囊膜血管生成的实验研究 被引量:28

摘要 目的:观察和比较华蟾素注射液、三氧化二砷注射液单药以及联合用药后对鸡胚尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成的抑制作用。方法:100只七日龄鸡胚随机分为4组(每组25只):生理盐水(NS)对照组、华蟾素组、As2O3组和华蟾素联合As2O3组。CAM上植入甲基纤维素碟,加入各组药物,观察对血管生长的影响。结果:华蟾素、As2O3以及两药联合对鸡胚尿囊膜新生血管均有抑制作用,以两药联合后抑制血管的作用最强。结论:华蟾素、As2O3以及两药联合均具有抗血管生成作用,两药联用后且具有协同作用。 Objective:To observe and compare the effects of antiangiogenesis in CAM between As20s and cinobufacin. Methods: One hundred living chicken embryo cultured for 7 days were divided into four groups ( twenty-five pieces each group ) : As2O3 in combination with cinobufacin, cinobufacin, As2O3, NS control group, with methyl cellulose discs as carriers, which were incoubated together, observed their effects of angiogenesis in CAM. Results:The inhibitive effects of angiogenesis in CAM is significant among groups of As2O3, cinobufacin and combining group, which was the most strong for the combination drug group. Conclusion:It is a positive cooperation for As2O3 and cinobufacin against angiogenesis in CAM, and the combination drug group is more effective in antiangiogensis in CAM.
