摘要 目的:分析COX2、CyclinE与大肠癌生物学行为和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法染色观察85例大肠癌与25例正常肠粘膜组织的COX2和CyclinE的表达情况。结果:85例大肠癌组织COX2阳性表达率为76.5%,其异常表达与Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及肿瘤预后有关,与大肠癌组织学分型无关;CyclinE阳性表达率为47.1%,其异常表达与大肠癌Dukes分期、组织学分型、浸润深度及肿瘤预后均有关,与淋巴结转移无关。COX2、CyclinE高表达者恶性程度高,预后较差。结论:COX2、CyclinE异常表达同大肠癌的发生与进展有关。 Objective:To analyse the relationship between the expression of COX-2,CyclinE and the biological behaviour and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods:The expression of COX-2 and cyclinE in the samples, which came from 85 cases of colorectal cancer and 25 cases of normal colorectal mucosa, were observed by S-P immunohistochemical method. Results: The positive expression rate of COX-2 was 76. 5% in the samples of 85 cases colorectal cancers, which were related to Dukes stage, lymph node status, infiltrated extent and recurrence status, but not to pathologic differential degree. The positive expression rate of CyclinE was 47.1% in the samples of 85 cases colorectal cancers, which were related to Dukes stage, pathologic differential degree, infiltrated extent and recurrence status, but not to lymph node status. Those cases with high expression of COX-2 ave CyclinE were related with high malignant degree and poor prognosis. Conclusion:Abnormal expression of COX-2, CyclinE may be related to the genesis and advancement of colorectal cancer.
