摘要 多囊卵巢综合征是一种以内分泌紊乱为主,多种代谢异常导致的异质性临床综合征,胰岛素抵抗是一个重要环节,本文对多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗相关基因的研究现状进行综述。
