标准节流装置的计算机辅助设计

摘要 本文介绍应用具有人机对话功能的BASIC语言在APPLEⅡ机或IBM机上进行标准节流装置设计计算的程序编制方法。该程序严格按着GB2624-81的规定进行计算并包括了国家标准中规定的全部内容。即可以完成角接取压标准孔板、法兰取压标准孔板以及角接取压标准喷咀的设计计算。流体包括液体,干、湿气体,水蒸汽,干、湿混合气体,在流量系数a_0和节流件开孔宜径比β_2值的计算上,由于分别采用了最优化方法中的二分法和黄金分割法,避免了存贮数据庞大的流量系数表,大大简化了计算过程。 A method of design for standard throttling primary device and a programfor calculation is presented. The program possesses the function of man-machine interaction in Basic language on computer Apple Ⅱ IBM. It maybe able to process the calculations according to the whole contents included inboth the State Rules GB 2624-81 and the Rules of relative internatonalstandards and it is suitable for different design conditions (pressure sampling,medium). In the process of calculation for flow coefficent and a hole/diameterratio the dichotomy and golden section method for optimzation was adoptedseparatetely, so that to memory a great number of data and flow coefficenttables was avoided, and in the mean time the process of calculation was ob-viously simplified too
