摘要
从大戟科植物一品红Euphorbiapulcherrima茎叶中分得8个化合物,经理化常数和光谱分析鉴定为:5,7-二甲氧基香豆素(5,7-dimethoxycoumarin,1),β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ),邻苯二甲酸双-(2-乙基)已醇酯[1,2-benzenedicarboxylicacidbis(2-ethylhexyl)ester,Ⅲ),正十八烷酸(octadecylicacid,Ⅳ),丁香酸(syringicacid,Ⅴ),阿魏酸(ferulicacid,Ⅵ),胡萝卜甙(Ⅶ)和芦丁(Ⅷ)。这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Eight compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Euphorbia pulcherrima. By combination 0f physical constants,chemical reaction and spectral analyses,they were identified as 5, 7 -dimethoxycoumarin (Ⅰ),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ), 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis (2-ethylhexyl)ester(Ⅲ), octadecylic acid (Ⅳ), syringic acid (Ⅴ), ferulic acid (Ⅵ),daucosterol (Ⅶ)and rutin (Ⅷ). All of them are isolated from the plant for the first time
