一品红茎叶化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Stem and Leaf of Common Poinsettia(Euphorbia pulcherrima)

从大戟科植物一品红Euphorbiapulcherrima茎叶中分得8个化合物，经理化常数和光谱分析鉴定为：5，7-二甲氧基香豆素（5，7－dimethoxycoumarin，1），β-谷甾醇（Ⅱ），邻苯二甲酸双-（2-乙基）已醇酯[1，2－benzenedicarboxylicacidbis（2－ethylhexyl）ester，Ⅲ），正十八烷酸（octadecylicacid，Ⅳ），丁香酸（syringicacid，Ⅴ），阿魏酸（ferulicacid，Ⅵ），胡萝卜甙（Ⅶ）和芦丁（Ⅷ）。这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。

Eight compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Euphorbia pulcherrima. By combination 0f physical constants,chemical reaction and spectral analyses,they were identified as 5, 7 -dimethoxycoumarin (Ⅰ),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ), 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis (2-ethylhexyl)ester(Ⅲ), octadecylic acid (Ⅳ), syringic acid (Ⅴ), ferulic acid (Ⅵ),daucosterol (Ⅶ)and rutin (Ⅷ). All of them are isolated from the plant for the first time
