血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原水平检测在急性冠脉综合征诊断与预后中的作用

Clinical Application of Detecting Plasma D-Dimer and Fibrinogen in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndromes

目的探讨血浆D-二聚体(D-Dimer)和纤维蛋白原水平(Fg)测定与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)间的关系。方法用全自动血凝分析仪检测36例急性心肌梗死(AMI),30例不稳定性心绞痛(UAP),25例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者及60例健康对照者血浆D-Dimer和Fg水平。结果ACS患者血浆D-Dimer、Fg水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),AMI组和UAP组患者的D-Dimer、Fg均明显高于SAP组患者(P<0.01)。结论ACS患者血浆D-Dimer和Fg水平明显升高,反映患者体内存在高凝状态,有血栓的形成,D-Dimer和Fg的检测对ACS病情及预后判断有重要意义。

Objective To study the relationship between the levels of plasma D-Dimer and Fibrinogen and acute coronary syndromes （ACS）. Method Plasma D-Dimer and Fibrinogen levels were measured by auto blood coagulation instrument in 36 patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）,30 patients with unstable angina poctoris （UAP）, 25 patients with stable angina poctoris （SAP） and 60 health controls. Result The levels of plasma D- Dimer and Fg were significantly higher in ACS patients than that in healthy controls （P 〈 0.05）. And they were significantly higher in AMI and UAP groups than that in SAP group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion High D-Dimer and Fg levels in ACS patients indicate high risk of thrombosis. The detection of plasma D-Dimer and Fg may be very important for early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of ACS.
