相关肾脏早期损害指标对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Related Markers of Early Renal Impairment in Early Stage Iabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病患者尿白蛋白(Alb)、!2微球蛋白(!2-M)及Tamm-Horsfall蛋白(T-H蛋白)的变化对糖尿病早期肾病的诊断价值。方法采用放射免疫法检测了52例糖尿病病人和38名正常人尿Alb、!2-M及T-H蛋白含量。结果糖尿病患者尿Alb、!2-M高于正常人(P<0.05),T-H蛋白低于正常人(P<0.05)。随病变进展尿蛋白的异常改变更趋显著。结论检测糖尿病病人尿Alb、!2-M及T-H蛋白有助于早期诊断肾脏病变的部位及病变程度。

Objective To explore diagnostic significance of change of urinary Alb, β2-M and T-H protein in early stage diabetic nephropathy. Method Radioimmunoassay was used to assay urinary Alb, β2-M and T-H protein of fifty-two diabetic and fifty healthy subjects. Result Urinary Alb, β2-M and T-H protein of diabetic were higher than that of healthy subjects（P 〈 0.05）, but T-H protein was lower（P 〈 0.05）. The change was more apparent with the progress of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Combined assay of urinary Alb, β2-M and T-H protein was a useful diagnostic investigation for early detection of diabetic nephropathy.
