略论贾谊对秦制的反思

JiaYi's Reflection to the Political System of the Qin Dynasty

贾谊认为秦朝速亡,不仅在于秦政“仁义不施”,更在于秦制“遗礼义”,“遗礼义”是造成秦“仁义不施”及汉初社会秩序混乱的根本原因。为此,他制定了以“礼义”为中心的汉家制度。尽管他的制度构想未成于当时,但对中国传统政治制度的确立产生了深远影响。

Through the reflection to the death of the Qin Dynasty, Jia Yi found the causes of the death of the Qin Dynasty: no justice and benevolence in the system and the rules of etiquette. Accordingly Jia Yi advocated the Han system based on the 'etiquette'. Although his ideas were not realized at that time, they greatly influenced Chinese traditional political system.
