摘要
40只雄兔随机等分为4组:正常对照组(NC)、高胆固醇血症组(HC)、氯贝丁酯组(CL)和L-精氨酸组(L-arg),实验前及治疗10周从各组动物耳中央动脉抽血(空腹),酶法检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),ELISA法检测脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]。结果:治疗10周L-arg组与HC组TC无差异(P>0.10),但CL组TC明显低于HC组(P<0.05)。实验10周CL组和HC组的Lp(a)明显高于实验前(P<0.05),虽然实验前后L-arg组的Lp(a)变化不大,但实验10周时L-arg组和HC组的Lp(a)有极显著差异,L-arg组低于HC组(P<0.05)。提示:同CL组相比,L-精氨酸虽不降低血清总胆固醇,但对Lp(a)有显著影响。
Forty male rabbits were divided at random into four groups: L-arginine group(L-arg),clofibrate group(CL), hypercholesterolemic group(HC) and normal control group(NC).Before. the experiment and after 10 weeks of treatemnt, the blood samples were collected from the rabbits in each group for the measurement of the total cholesterol(TC) in plasma,triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and lipoprotein (a)[Lp (a)]. The experimental results showed that after 10 weeks of treatment, the TC in the L-Arg group had no difference from that in the HC group (P> 0.1), but the TC in the CL group was significantly less than that in the HC group (P< 0. 05 ). The Lp(a)in the CL group or in the HC group after 10 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P<0.05). Although the Lp(a) in the L-arg group before and after the experiment had no alteration, at the 10th week of treatment the Lp(a) in the L-arg group was significantly less than that in the HC group (P<0. 05). The study suggested that,in contrast with the CL group, L-arginine didn't reduce the serum total cholesterol concentration, but greatly influenced the serum Lp(a) concentration.
