不同快速消毒剂对护理人员手部损伤的观察

Comparison of skin damage induced by different rapid disinfectants

目的 观察不同种类快速消毒液对护理人员手部损伤的情况。方法 将80名护理人员随机分为4组，3组分别采用“84”消毒液（500mg／L）、酒精（70％）、鑫永泰牌术前消毒剂对手部进行擦拭消毒，用生理盐水进行对照。采用内眼观察和丝巾试验的方法，对使用消毒液后第1、2、3、4周皮肤的损伤情况进行对比。结果“84”消毒液组护士手部损伤程度明显高于其他三组（P〈0．01）；70％酒精、鑫永泰两组护士手部损伤程度无显著差异（P〉0．05），生理盐水对手部皮肤无任何改变。结论不主张裸手使用“84”消毒液对手部擦拭消毒，应选用对部手损伤较小的70％酒精或鑫永泰。

AIM To study skin damage induced by different rapid disinfectants. METHODS Eighty nursas with daily exposure for I to 4 weeks to one of three disinfactants. ＂84＂ Disinfectant,70% alcohoI,Xinyongtai Disinfectant,or 0.9% physiological saline,were randomly selected. RESULTS The hand skin damage was more prominent in＂84＂Disinfectant group （ P 〈0.01 ）. There were no differences in the other two groups（ P 〉0.05）.No skin damage was seen in 0.9% physiological saline group. CONCLUSION ＂84＂ Disinfectant is most injurious to skin,followed by 70% alcohol and Xinyongtai Disinfectant.
