摘要
文章论述了一种通过实验合成的具有生物打容性的磁性纳米复合粒子的结构,并分析了主要工艺参数对粒子性能的影响,提出了合适的反应条件:制备铁氧体纳米粒子时Fe2+:Fe3+的比值为1∶1,以聚乙二醇为表面活性剂;制备复合粒子时5%的聚乳酸的二氯甲烷溶液与含量为20%的铁氧体纳米粒子水分散液的比例为1:4。用古埃磁天平研究了粒子的磁性,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对粒子的组成、结构形状及粒径进行了分析。
The experiment of synthesizing biocompatible composite magnetic nanoparticles successfully. The particles are formed by at 10nm magnetite nucleus and a-30nm biodegradable poly(lactic acid) polymer coating. The influence of central technical parameters is studied, and the appropriate reaction conditions are put forward: preparation of magnetite nanoparticles, the ratio of Fe^2+ : Fe^3+ is1: 1,and the surfactant is polyglycol; preparation of composite particles, the ratio of 5% solution of poly(lactic acid) in dichloromethane and 20% aqueous suspension of magnetite particles is 1 : 4. The magnetism is determined by a Gouy magnetic balance, and the sample phase structure and particle sizes are determined by an X-ray diffraction(XRD) and a transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
