医院消化系内窥镜管理的探讨

An inquiry into the hospitl control of the digestive canal endoscope

我们通过本院30余年内窥镜的使用、管理调查分析,提出了医院消化内窥镜管理的模式。认为医院根据本院实际,应建立内窥镜中心,健全其调控机制,以多学科的辅助科室形式加强对全院内窥镜的管理与使用。此管理方式有以下优点:提高内窥镜的使用效率,有利于合理地进行仪器更新换代,有利于仪器的维护保养,有利于技术交流与协作,有利于人才的培养,有利于医学资料的保管与共享,有利于节省人力、物力、财力。

A hospital control model of the digestive canal endoscope is put forward through an in- vestigative analysis of the use and handling of the endoscope for more than 30 years.It is suggested here that according to what the hospital has experienced,an endoscope center shoud be established with a complete control mechanism in the form of a subordinate section to strengthen the management of the instrument.The setting up of such a control model helps to raise the utilization rate,facilitate the main- tenance and renewal of the instrument,carry on technical exchanges and cooperations,train specialists, keep and share medical materials,and save manpower,materiel and money.
