地氯雷他啶治疗人工性荨麻疹临床观察

Clinical observation of desloratadine in the therapy of factitious urticaria.

目的观察地氯雷他啶(恩理思)治疗人工性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法32例人工性荨麻疹患者均服用恩理思片。每天1次,每次5mg。每服用12天左右,根据病情好转情况,适当减量。结果32例中痊愈17例,显效6例,进步5例,无效4例,有效率为71.9%。全部病例均未发生明显不良反应。结论采用恩理思治疗是一种治疗人工性荨麻疹的好方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To survey the therapeutic effects and reliability of Desloratadine （Aerius） in the treatment of factitious urticaria. Methods Thirty-two patients with factitious urticaria took Aerius tablets, 5 mg, once every day, 12 days. The dose was adjusted according to the patients condition. Results Seventeen cases were cured, 6 cases obtained significantly improvement, 5 cases progress, and 4 cases inefficient with the effective rate being 71.9%. No obvious side effects occurred. Conclusion Aerius is a kind of effective and safe drug to factitious urticaria.
