摘要
目的评价依巴斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法60例急性发作期过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,每组30例。Ⅰ组给予依巴斯汀口服,Ⅱ组给予氯雷他啶(开瑞坦)口服,疗程2周。记录患者治疗前、后症状评分。结果两组患者治疗后症状评分下降明显,与治疗前比均具有极显著性差异(P<0.01);两组间治疗前、后的症状评分比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论依巴斯汀在过敏性鼻炎的治疗中疗效明显。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of ebastine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Sixty cases of allergic rhinitis during acute period were selected, and randomly divided into two groups （each group having 30 cases）. The patients in the observation group took ebastine orally, and those in the control group took clarityne （loratadine） orally. The symptom grades were recorded before and after the treatments, and analyzed statistically. Results The symptom grades of the two group after treatment were significantly lower that before （P〈0. 01）. There was no statistical difference in the grades between the two groups. Conclusion Ebastine has obvious effects in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
