会阴部湿疹样癌的整形外科治疗

The plastic treatment of vulvar Paget disease.

目的探讨会阴部Paget病的临床特征及整形外科治疗方法。方法分析1995-2005年收治的12例会阴部Paget病的临床资料、诊治经过及随访结果。结果术前经病理证实，手术采用扩大切除病灶，然后用游离皮片移植或局部随意皮瓣、岛状皮瓣转移等整形方法修复病灶切除后遗留的缺省，12例患者伤口愈合良好，局部形态及功能满意。结论在根治病灶的同时采用整形外科方法修复会阴部Paget病的皮损，既能完好地修复大面积的皮损，又能恢复其外形及功能。

Objective To explore the clinical features and the plastic treatment of vulvar Paget disease Methods Twelve cases with vulvar Paget disease from 1995 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively by the processes of diagnosis and treatment and the results of follow-up. Results Extended excise the focus of infection, then repair the skin absence with the methods of plastic surgery, such as free skin grafting, local random skin flap and island skin flap, et al. The wound healing was satisfactory in 12 cases, the image and function were fairly good. Conclusion Repairment of the skin absence of Paget disease with the methods of plastic surgery is reliable effects.
