In this paper, the main contents of the compensation rules for the forest land requisition and occupation were listed, and some key factors that affect the compensation rules were discussed, including region and location, compensation base, compensation multiplication, etc. At the end, some ideas for more reasonable compensation for the forest land requisition and occupation were proposed.
