摘要
目的:观察无水乙醇处理大鼠肠黏膜的远期结果。方法:以无水乙醇浸泡0.5min、1min或无水乙醇涂抹0.5min、1min,四种方案处理大鼠小肠黏膜。在大鼠膀胱扩大术模型中观察处理后肠段组织学的变化;在大鼠代膀胱模型中观察处理后肠段黏膜功能的变化。结果:以无水乙醇浸泡0.5min、1min或无水乙醇涂抹1min处理后5月,肠段发生了明显纤维化和不同程度皱缩;无水乙醇涂抹0.5min处理后的肠段没有皱缩,肌层纤维化不明显。无水乙醇涂抹0.5min处理后1月,代膀胱内黏液残留量明显减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),处理后2月-5月,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);处理后1月和5月,代膀胱黏膜对水、电解质的分泌或吸收量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:无水乙醇组织穿透力强,容易在肠黏膜处理的同时损伤大鼠肠段肌层,大于0.5min的处理将造成处理后肠段纤维化。无水乙醇涂抹0.5min不损伤肠壁肌层的适度处理,只能在术后早期减少黏液的分泌量,不能改变肠黏膜远期的分泌和吸收功能。
Objective:To observe the results of the dehydrated alcohol intestinal mucosa treatment in rat for a long period. Methods:Using dehydrated alcohol soaking 0.5 min, 1min, or dehydrated alcohol applying 0.5min, 1min, to treat the rat small intestinal mucosa. To observe the histological changes of the intestinal segments in rat bladder augmentation model, and the function changes of the mucosa in rat bladder substitution model. Results: 5 month postoperation, obvious fibrosis and different degree of contraction happened in the intestinal segment after treated by dehydrated alcohol soaking 1 rain, 0.5 rain or by dehydrated alcohol applying 1 min; after treated by dehydrated alcohol applying 0.5min, there is no shrink and no obvious fibrosis in the intestinal segments. 1 month postoperation, treated by dehydrated alcohol applying 0.5min, the weight of the residual mucus in the neobladder decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) , from 2 months to 5 months postoperation, the weight of the residual mucus in the neobladder is similar to the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). 1 month and 5 month postoperation, treated by dehydrated alcohol applying 0.5 min, the quantity of water and electrolyte secreted or absorbed by the neobladder mucosa, compared with control group, the difference is not significant ( P 〉 0.05). Condusion: Dehydrated alcohol has strong tissu infiltration, can easily injure the deep muscular layer of the rat intestinal segments when the mucosa treatment is performed, if the treatment time 〉 0.5 min, that will lead to fibrosis in the intestinal segments at last; suitable treatment by dehydrated alcohol applying 0.5min that not injure the muscular layer can only decrease the quantity of the mucus for a short piece of time in early postoperation, can not change the intestinal mucosa functions for a long period.
