A new strip steel developed in Strip Steel Plant of Tianjin Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd i.e. quality carbon strip steel rolled from 65Mn spring steel strip steel and the rolling technology are introduced. The existing problem during the trial rolling is summarized and the improving measurement is put forward.
